• What are the check-in and check-out times? Check in 5-7 PM – check out until 9 AM. If the villa ist not booked before or after your stay, flexbile arrangements may be possible upon request.
• Is parking available? Yes. The property offers private parking for up to 6 cars. Additional parking is available along the road.

• How can I check availability and make a reservation? Please send us an email to info@the-raphael.com and we will be happy to assist you with availability and booking details.
• How many guests are allowed to stay at the property? The maximum occupancy of the villa is 20 persons (including children). Exceeding this number or hosting undeclared guests is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of the stay without refund.
• Is there a minimum stay requirement? Yes. The minimum stay is 3 nights.
• Are dogs allowed? Yes – we love dogs! And allowed up to two dogs per booking. However, guests are responsible for ensuring that the entire property is left clean before departure. Please use dog waste bags and remove all dog waste from the garden and surrounding areas. Guests kindly asked to bring their own dog beds or cushions. Dogs are not permitted on sofas or beds and strictly not allowed in the pool area. If dog hair contaminates the pool, the booker will be charged for the full cost of cleaning and refilling the pool.

• Are all bedrooms air-conditioned and with own bathrooms? Yes, all bedrooms (except 1) are equipped with air conditioning and do have their own Villeroy & Boch bathrooms.
• Are bed linens and towels provided? Yes. Bed Linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided.
• Is daily housekeeping included? No. Housekeeping can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
• Is the swimming pool heated and secured? The swimming pool is not heated (not really necessary in southern france), but it is secured. However, guests are fully responsible for the supervision of all persons using the pool.
• Is the property suitable for children? Yes. The garden offers plenty of space for children.
• Is the property gated? Yes, the property is fully fenced, and the main gate can be secured with a lock.
• Are baby cots, high chairs, or extra beds available? Yes, we can prepare up to 3 travel baby cots for your stay and have 2 high chairs available. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can arrange them accordingly. Extra beds are not available.
• Is there a TV? Yes, there is a flat-screen TV in one of the separate living rooms on the ground floor, providing a comfortable space for guests or children to watch TV together.

• Are parties during stay allowed? Parties and events are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing by the host in advance. This includes:
x gatherings with undeclared guests
x outdoor music
x DJs or sound systems
x celebrations such as birthdays, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties
• Can the house be rented as a location/venue for events such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, photo shooting, workshop, ..? Yes, this is particularly possible during the low season, and in some cases also with a customized length of stay. • Is smoking allowed? Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.

• What are the fire safety rules? In case of fire, call immediately „les pompiers“. For safety reasons:
x smoking indoors is prohibited
x candles and open flames are forbidden as well as the use of the fireplaces
x barbecues may only be used in designated areas
x emergency exits must remain clear
• How should the pool area be left daily? Guests are kindly asked to daily collect waste, return sun loungers to their position, return towels and glasses, empty ashtrays, clean the barbecue after use.
• Is there a security camera system on the property? Yes, for fire and security reasons, the entrance areas and hallways are monitored by a security system.
The camera recordings are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

• Can you organise chefs, catering or equipment rental? Yes, we are happy to assist with organising private chefs, catering services, equipment rentals and other special arrangements. You may find a listing of our selected partners here : www.the-raphael.com/partners/).
• Do you provide concierge services or local recommendations? Yes, we are delighted to share our favourite local recommendations for restaurants, beaches, markets, excursions and experiences in the region.
• Is airport transfer available? Yes, airport transfers can be arranged through trusted local transport providers. We recommend booking your transfer in advance.
• Who can we contact during our stay if we need assistance? During your stay, our housekeeper Elisabeth will be your main contact for any questions or assistance.
